Well, it is difficult. I suggest to have an exhaustive manual and things that you may need.

Here is the list that I think is required

1. Medicines
2. Toiletry/Cosmetics
3. Basket for snacks
4. List of phone numbers of all active persons (friends, relatives and employees)
5. Plans for each persons with date and time using google calendar and google drive.

Some steps I have taken is as follows

1. Placing bulk order with Easy Day/Apollo/Mother Dairy and telling them to deliver material quickly on demand that we forget / have additional needs.

Will be sharing the docs and the experience and the mistakes after the event.
